Aura Habits — Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Aura Habits application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Apple App Store — Standard EULA
If you downloaded this App from the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at:

You acknowledge that:
- This agreement is solely between you and Aura Habits, not with Apple Inc.
- Apple has no obligation whatsoever to provide any maintenance or support services for the App.
- Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the App, including product liability claims, consumer protection claims, or intellectual property infringement claims.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
3. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
4. User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App to harm, harass, or deceive others
6. Premium Features and In-App Purchases
Aura Habits offers optional premium features through in-app purchases:
- Free accounts: limited to 3 habits and 3 group members per habit
- Premium accounts: unlimited habits and group members
Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their respective terms. We do not store payment information. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or platform policy.
7. Auto-Renewing Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by or licensed to Aura Habits and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AURA HABITS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App immediately ceases.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
